Thank you for using DiscoDigest, a Discord bot designed to help organize and manage message digests for your Discord server. By using DiscoDigest, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

DiscoDigest is provided "as-is" to assist with message compilation and digest creation within your Discord server. By inviting and using the Bot in your server, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Data Collection and Privacy

2.1 No Message Data Collection
DiscoDigest does not collect, store, or sell any message data from Discord servers. The Bot only processes the data necessary to compile digests as specified by the server administrators or users. Once the digest is created, no message data is retained.

2.2 No Sharing of Data
DiscoDigest does not share any data with third parties, other Discord servers, or external entities. All data processed by the Bot remains confined to the server where it operates.

2.3 Minimal Data Use
The Bot may use server information such as channel IDs, message content, and user IDs temporarily to execute commands and fulfill requested actions. This data is used solely for the operation of the Bot and is not stored beyond the scope of the immediate task.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Compliance with Discord’s Terms
You agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Bot.

3.2 Proper Usage
You may not use DiscoDigest to engage in activities that violate any laws, regulations, or Discord’s policies. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, abuse, or unauthorized data collection.

4. Bot Functionality

4.1 Service Availability
DiscoDigest strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee the Bot’s availability or functionality at all times. The Bot may be updated, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.

4.2 Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiscoDigest, its developers, and associated parties are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Bot’s functionality, applicable laws, or other circumstances. Any updates will be posted, and continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
